These gloves are crafted from premium goat nappa leather, providing a luxurious feel and durability. Microfibre overlay grip panels on the palm and outer hand add additional control, ensuring a secure grip while riding.
The gloves feature a Hipora® waterproof and breathable membrane, which keeps your hands dry in wet conditions while allowing airflow for breathability. The Velcro cuff and wrist strap fastenings make it easy to achieve a snug fit, while the YKK® zipped battery pocket ensures the included battery remains secure during your ride. The heating system is controlled via a Merlin branded three-level LED heat controller, allowing you to adjust the warmth to your preference. The controller also displays the battery level, giving you full awareness of power usage. The gloves come with two 2200mAh batteries and a dual USB charger for convenience. Once fully charged, the batteries offer multiple hours of warmth depending on the selected heat setting.
The protective features of the gloves include D3O® pre-curved knuckle armor and D3O® foam scaphoid protection, which help safeguard against impacts and abrasion. Custom Charges
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. It is accepted by you that Laguna Direct has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. Laguna Direct recommends that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you, the customer. Refunds of any returned order will be of items, not the services incurred.
Laguna Direct use Royal Mail for smaller items and DHL for larger items (UK Shipping only)
Royal Mail deliveries are sent by Royal Mail 48 so will normally arrive within a maximum of 2-3 working days. DHL deliveries are usually made within 48 hours but may be longer for remote areas. Express shipping is usually the next working day except for remote areas. If your item has not arrived within 5 working days on either service then please contact us by email hello@lagunadirect.co.uk .
All orders placed up until 9.00am are dispatched the same working day. Any order placed after 9.00am may not be dispatched until the next working day.
Returns & refunds:
Your right to cancel and return begins from when you place the order and ends 30 working days from when you received the goods. If you wish to cancel or return your order you must inform us by email at hello@lagunadirect.co.uk within this time frame. The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage and ensuring the goods are received back by us in as new condition. If you receive a faulty or broken item you will be offered either a choice of a refund or replacement. Any return postage costs if an item is faulty or broken will be paid by lagunadirect.co.uk
