Crafted with feedback from the racing elite, the Supertech R features a redesigned front flex area, optimized for improved impact abrasion and natural movement. This area is constructed from over-injected TPU on a breathable mesh, ensuring excellent ventilation and airflow. The rear bellow has been reengineered with stretch microfiber, enhancing flexibility and allowing for natural front and back movement. The top gaiter, made from microfiber with TPU over-injection, offers enhanced grip with leather suits, providing a secure fit.
On the medial side, a new synthetic microfiber panel boosts abrasion resistance, protects against heat transfer, and improves grip and feel when in contact with the bike. The TPU shifter and shin plate have been redesigned for increased protection and impact absorption, enhancing abrasion resistance in critical areas. The replaceable shin slider adds another layer of protection, while the new TPU stretch panel design, complete with a zip, allows for easier entry and exit, achieving a closer, more optimized fit. A hook and loop closure secures the puller zip, ensuring it stays in place during rides, and the micro-adjustable ratchet closure at the top provides a tailored fit.
The inner bootie, a hallmark of the Supertech R, now features a new external toe area with soft TPU reinforcement, delivering superior impact protection and additional ankle padding. This design enhances stability and cushioning, facilitating natural foot movement. The integrated, replaceable co-injected TPU/aluminium toe slider, equipped with an easy screw system, protects against abrasion, while the new replaceable heel plate slider improves sliding performance and protection in crashes.
The sole, constructed from a lightweight rubber compound, offers excellent grip on the pegs, while the main upper material, made from microfiber, provides optimum abrasion resistance, flexibility, water resistance, durability, and a lighter weight. The internal bio-mechanical inner bootie, updated with 3D mesh material, enhances structural integrity and rider comfort. Compliant with European statutory law, the Supertech R meets the CE EN 13634:2017 standards, ensuring it is ready for the highest levels of competition. Custom Charges
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. It is accepted by you that Laguna Direct has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. Laguna Direct recommends that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you, the customer. Refunds of any returned order will be of items, not the services incurred.
Laguna Direct use Royal Mail for smaller items and DHL for larger items (UK Shipping only)
Royal Mail deliveries are sent by Royal Mail 48 so will normally arrive within a maximum of 2-3 working days. DHL deliveries are usually made within 48 hours but may be longer for remote areas. Express shipping is usually the next working day except for remote areas. If your item has not arrived within 5 working days on either service then please contact us by email hello@lagunadirect.co.uk .
All orders placed up until 9.00am are dispatched the same working day. Any order placed after 9.00am may not be dispatched until the next working day.
Returns & refunds:
Your right to cancel and return begins from when you place the order and ends 30 working days from when you received the goods. If you wish to cancel or return your order you must inform us by email at hello@lagunadirect.co.uk within this time frame. The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage and ensuring the goods are received back by us in as new condition. If you receive a faulty or broken item you will be offered either a choice of a refund or replacement. Any return postage costs if an item is faulty or broken will be paid by lagunadirect.co.uk
