The Just1 J40 Flash helmet in Fluo Green, White and Black is engineered for motocross and off-road riders who demand certified protection without sacrificing comfort or weight. Constructed from a high-quality thermoplastic resin external shell, available in two shell sizes and two EPS liner sizes, the J40 delivers a personalised, precision fit across the full adult size range from M to XL. Weighing in from just 1,500g (±50g), it sits confidently in the lightweight category without cutting corners on structural integrity.
Safety is at the core of the J40's design. Dual-certified to ECE 22.06 and DOT standards, it incorporates Just1's proprietary J.1.E.R. (Just1 Emergency Release) System alongside an Emergency Cheek Pad Removable System, critical features that allow first responders to safely remove the helmet in the event of an accident. The interior is lined with PROTX2™ antimicrobial technology, a fully removable and washable liner that actively inhibits bacterial growth, keeping your helmet fresher for longer across long ride days and back-to-back sessions.
Ventilation is where the J40 truly earns its place on the trail. An aggressive system of 5 intake and 6 exhaust vents, combined with a fully ventilated EPS-lined chin bar and an integrated vented roost guard, creates a continuous airflow channel that manages heat and moisture throughout your ride. The tool-free Peak Release System, no screws required, makes peak adjustment and removal effortless in the field. Every J40 ships with a protective helmet bag included.

If you are ordering goods for delivery outside the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. It is accepted by you that Laguna Direct has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. Laguna Direct recommends that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you, the customer. Refunds of any returned order will be of items, not the services incurred.
Laguna Direct use Royal Mail for smaller items and DHL for larger items (UK Shipping only)
Royal Mail deliveries are sent by Royal Mail 48 so will normally arrive within a maximum of 2-3 working days. DHL deliveries are usually made within 48 hours, but may be longer for remote areas. Express shipping is usually the next working day, except for remote areas. If your item has not arrived within 5 working days on either service, then please contact us by email hello@lagunadirect.co.uk.
Returns & refunds:
Your right to cancel and return begins from when you place the order and ends 30 working days from when you received the goods. If you wish to cancel or return your order you must inform us by email at hello@lagunadirect.co.uk within this time frame. The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage and ensuring the goods are received back by us in as new condition. If you receive a faulty or broken item you will be offered either a choice of a refund or replacement. Any return postage costs if an item is faulty or broken will be paid by lagunadirect.co.uk
