SHARK has been redefining motorcycle helmet engineering since 1989, when it was founded in Marseille with a singular commitment to French craftsmanship, safety, and performance. Decades of research, development, and real-world racing partnerships have cemented SHARK's reputation as the gold standard for riders who refuse to compromise, where elegance and protection are never mutually exclusive. Every helmet that leaves the SHARK workshop carries with it a legacy of precision engineering, rigorous safety testing, and an unrelenting pursuit of performance that has earned the trust of professional racers and passionate riders alike.
The Aeron GP is SHARK's most ambitious creation yet, and the world's first helmet engineered to actively adapt to a racer's riding position. At its core is the patented Adaptive Aero System (A2S), a breakthrough technology developed in direct response to the invisible forces that challenge every rider at speed. Air resistance is one of the most demanding physical forces a rider faces, creating turbulence, exerting sustained pressure, and sapping energy at every corner. Rather than fighting these forces, the Aeron GP works with airflow, reducing drag, eliminating unwanted pressure, and delivering a harmony between rider and machine that was previously unachievable. The result is a helmet that does not just protect, it actively improves performance.
The Aeron GP was developed in close collaboration with MotoGP racer and Australian Grand Prix champion Johann Zarco, SHARK's brand ambassador since 2009. More than a figurehead, Zarco was an active development partner, conducting on-circuit testing and providing real-world performance analysis that shaped every detail of this helmet. His insights from competing at the highest level of motorsport ensured that the Aeron GP was refined under genuine race conditions, not just in a laboratory. The result is a race-bred product that translates directly from the MotoGP grid to the circuit enthusiast who demands the very best in safety, aerodynamics, and comfort.
