SHARK's commitment to rider comfort is built into every layer of the Ridill 2. Using data from an extensive 3D scan campaign conducted across a wide range of head shapes, SHARK developed their proprietary Best Fit interior, a precision-engineered fit system designed to reduce pressure points and fatigue on longer rides. The interior lining is soft, breathable, and removable for easy cleaning, ensuring the helmet remains fresh and comfortable through daily use. The compact, lightweight shell construction also helps reduce neck fatigue on extended journeys, making the Ridill 2 a genuinely practical choice for commuters and touring riders alike.
Safety is never an afterthought with SHARK. The Ridill 2 exceeds the rigorous requirements of the UN ECE 22-06 homologation standard, the latest and most stringent European safety certification for motorcycle helmets. It arrives packed with SHARK's key innovations as standard, including a Pinlock-ready visor system engineered to eliminate fogging in cold, wet, or humid conditions. The visor mechanism offers smooth, tool-free removal for quick swaps on the go. For riders who want to personalise their setup, coloured Iridium visors are available to purchase separately and are not included as standard.

If you are ordering goods for delivery outside the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. It is accepted by you that Laguna Direct has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. Laguna Direct recommends that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you, the customer. Refunds of any returned order will be of items, not the services incurred.

Royal Mail deliveries are sent by Royal Mail 48 so will normally arrive within a maximum of 2-3 working days. DHL deliveries are usually made within 48 hours, but may be longer for remote areas. Express shipping is usually the next working day, except for remote areas. If your item has not arrived within 5 working days on either service, then please contact us by email hello@lagunadirect.co.uk.
Returns & refunds:
Your right to cancel and return begins from when you place the order and ends 30 working days from when you received the goods. If you wish to cancel or return your order you must inform us by email at hello@lagunadirect.co.uk within this time frame. The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage and ensuring the goods are received back by us in as new condition. If you receive a faulty or broken item you will be offered either a choice of a refund or replacement. Any return postage costs if an item is faulty or broken will be paid by lagunadirect.co.uk
